Did the brewery tour and then had a beer at their bar. The tour is excellent, the guides are terrific, very knowledgeable and friendly. The beer is also excellent, and they have a food menu and espresso bar as well, although we didn't try those.

The lovely guide told us at the start there would be 260 steps to climb, what she didn't say is that most of the steps are via narrow metal steps with low headroom and a narrow metal spiral staircase. They also didn't advise this when we purchased our ticket. You have to navigate some of the steps by going down... More

I had been in Bruges for three days and the Brouwerij had been the first thing that we visited. In the beging it could seem a bit complicated going up and down on the stairs but slowly it became interesting and joyful. I would suggest the XL Tour because at the end of the visit it possible to taste four... More

The beer was great. I had a Tripel and split a Quad with my son. (After all it was only lunch. I had to hold back) The food was good, but not great. But the food was, frankly, incidental to our visit. We wanted beer. The big plus was my vegetarian daughter could order cheese croquettes. My son and daughter-in-law... More

The food was a little pricey but it's made up for by a nice environment. We tried the Flemish Stew, this version was quite peppery but tasty.

Came here based on the recommendation of my otherhalf as she visited on her last trip to Bruges, she wasn't wrong, the Bolognese was fantastic and the Flemish Stew is out of this world! The beers were great and the atmosphere perfect, all topped off by fantastic service from Jan!

Hi StewieSalty, We are sorry to hear that you didn't like our food. I can assure you that our food is homemade, that we take pride in trying to make original dishes with local and seasonal products and that we do believe pricing reflects the quality we offer. Hence our market menu at 20 euros for 2 dishes and 25... More

Outstanding beef carbonnade, hearty soups washed down with unpasteurised Bruges Zot! Other beers are available but to be honest why would you bother!

The restaurant has four ambiences bar, restaurant nivel 0, restaurant nivel 1 and 2 (restaurant nivel 2 for events) The food is just regular, but you can try the local beer without pasteurization process. Good to stay eating and drinking while wait till the tour in the brewery.starts.

the brewery tour was crowded (5pm), interesting, narrow place. The guide told us in an hour tour about the history of how it became the Brugse Zot. The rooftop view in the dark was very nice with lots of lights. After the tour we could go to the restaurant to get our complimentary Brugse Zot. Very good tasty light beer.... More
