Went on a trip advisor recommendation wasn't as good as the two other restaurants we has eaten at in Bruges on our long weekend but was adequate would I go again maybe but there are other places to explore I would suggest one thing that really didn't like was the guy playing crass 80s style electronic organ music really did... In January in Bruges you cannot expect too many restaurants to be open so we had to really adjust our expectations as many of the restaurants we had identified as ones we wanted to eat at were closed for post Christmas holidays. We came across this restaurant by chance as it turned out to be really good good, great value... More

We were the only people in the restaurant on the night we visited. The food was good, but not great. I had the chicken, nicely cooked but just okay. The service was friendly, just lonely that night. We would give it another try.

I have dined here on three occasions and the food has always been superb. Most recently I took a group of 13 people celebrating a collection of 50th birthdays. Joris, with whom I made the arrangements, was helpful, cordial and efficient. I was naturally nervous about taking 13 people to a restaurant but the resulting plaudits were well worth it.... More

We ordered 1 pork dish (22 euros) and 1 fish dish (25 euros, from suggested menu) and both were absolutely awesome. The restaurant is looks probably the same as when it was first opened (in a good way). It was very relaxing eating there.

We had a very pleasant meal here on our first night in Bruges. All our meals were very good. The fish soup and sea bass were excellent. My husband had the pork cheeks and loved them. In contradiction to other reviews we found the service helpful and polite. It is a little pricey but I think that's more to do... More

I love this place, and the reception you get there.... A warm and nice team, doing all they can to serve you a decent and delicious meal, fine wine, and on Sunday evening a live pianobar ... chamagne included in de 55 € all in menu

We went to this warm inviting restaurant on a very cold February night and it was a welcome reprieve. The three course prefix menu is generally good but has a couple of rough spots. The foie gras starter is very good but is served with bread that is hard enough to crack your teeth. The pork cheeks are very flavorful... More

It was ok, just ok.... Whilst I cant say there was anything badly wrong there was nothing that excited me and would make me return. Felt I was in a bit of a tourist trap, and it was a bit if a an in/out meal. No real customer engagement. Don't get me wrong, service was ok, food was ok, but... More

Decent restaurant, safe choice if you want to avoid the tourist traps but don't except an unforgettable experience as well. Staff tried to be friendly but was sometimes boorish.
