This tapasbar is very stylish decorated, which creates a real spanish atmosphere. The music was just perfect chosen (evening jazz/soul/etc) and makes everything very groovy and "sexy". Perfect for a dinner/ late-night-snack with your sweetheart. The 'tapas' are original, beautiful presented and so delicious. And the waiters and waitresses are very polite and pleasent. I passed a wonderful (magic) evening... More

This place was literally across the alley from the apartment we rented and was a frequent favorite. The marinated tuna was exceptionally good.

We visited early on Friday evening and were apparently lucky to get a table so it's probably advisable to book. Cookies is situated down a narrow alley giving it that secret hideaway feeling, a real sense of discovering something local. The atmosphere is laid back with a level of sophistication / cool. It is painted black with low light levels... More

This is down a tight but safe alley. The food is very unique and we are told Belgian. The good thing is you can get several small items and sample the menu. If there is something you don't like it is okay. Be prepared much of the meet will be uncooked.

We had completed a free walking tour and the guide , Natalie , suggested that this would be a good place to try. We certainly weren't disappointed, it is best if you make a reservation. It is a Tapas restaurant, we paid 39euro each and were served more than 10 plates. Everything was just so enjoyable. Highly recommend

I've been to Bruges before and in the back of my mind I knew there was a couple of places to eat and drink tucked away down an unassuming alley way. This time I decided to investigate and I was so glad I did. There were 5 of us and the owner "Cookie" managed to squeeze us in for food... More

The food is tapas style and delicious, dishes are brought out when ready which is fine unless there is a long wait in between , which unfortunately there was for us. All drinks were wrong (we ordered four in total) and there was a long wait in between courses as there wasn't enough staff. There was a lovely atmosphere though,... More

Industrial Gourmet at its worst. Unimaginative and very expensive. The dishes were straight out of the freezer cabinet in Tesco's. Tourist tapas!!! My recommendation would be Cafe Bistro Terrastje.
