I would give 4 or 5 stars of athmosphere of this small and cozy restaurant. Very warm and friendly person made us feel welcom. First drinks we got very fast and our orders were taken soon after arrival. As soon as restautant was full, service dlowed down a lot. They were short of at least one person and the one... More

Friendly staff, very alert on empty glasses. The appetizer made of cucumber and a mix of paprika and lobster was very nice. It was presented on the lit of a can, which contained a bit of kerry popcorn. The canelloni of foie gras with a crispy mint biscuit was absolutely fabulous. The codfish with chorizo crumble was delicious. As was... More

Limited menu is a dark and dreary building. We had two appetizers and did not order anything else. The food was tasteless and strangely prepared. Maybe it is just me but I did not like the setting or offerings

We arrived earlier than our reserved time and greeted by a big smile and welcoming lady in a beautiful old red house built in the 1700s. Huge fireplace and beautiful set tables under a chandelier that came down from a round balcony. Only one couple was there. Looked at the set menu but decided to order a la carte. Wine... More

We visited for Dinner - my wife had a nice Eel in green sauce made with seven types of greens ... I had Tournedos Rossini which were the best steak sauce ever .. lovely cooking and the 50 Euro menu is a bargain given that many eateries in Bruges are total rip offs

The pomperlut is a family affair. Owned and run by two brothers with a small number of tables means you are in line for an absolutely wonderful gastro experience. The setting is truly unique and yeah it is a pricy restaurant but the quality of the food and experience makes you quickly forget about that. I imagine the menu changes... More

I have been here for dinner. Nothing to complain about the venue, really cozy and lovely decoration inside. Food wise, there is so much to improve, prices are crazy considered the quality of the steak they gave me. Not good quality meat, full of fat and very chewy. Didn't like it. Portions are ok, but again prices very very expensive... More

Lovely restaurant in a quiet area off the main tourist traps near the square. Run by a friendly family who are very attentive and put great care in the food as well as your enjoyment. On arrival a little ceramic dish with popcorn and beetroot crisps awaits. Highly recommended if you're after a cozy night in Brugge.

This restaurant was the high point of our visit to Bruges. Brilliant food and wine; incredibly warm, welcoming service; and a hugely atmospheric space. One of the best restaurants we've ever been to, and certainly the best this year. Go, go, go!!
