This restaurant had the best Belgian beef stew I have ever tried. Combined with an excellent service and cosy atmosphere, this place is a must to visit once you are in Brugge.

We have eaten here on other visits and were not at all disappointed upon our return. It's a nice and cosy place with a family feel. Our food was excellent and the best of this trip to beautiful Bruges.

We went here for dinner with two other couples and it wasn't great. The food was fairly average. The service was awful - we were sat in the upstairs area, they forgot our drinks several times and when we finally tracked a waiter down to ask for the bill, after a very long wait, they told us to come downstairs... Dinner here was the highlight of a short visit to Bruges. We were made very welcome and the quality of the food was outstanding. It's worth reserving to eat dinner here: diners without reservations were being turned away as the staff appeared to be matching the number of diners to their ability to offer quality service - an excellent idea.... We had a delicious dinner of Flemish beef stew and frites. Very generous portions and excellent service.

The food in this restaurant is very nicely cooked however the service could be much better. We waited for 50 minutes for our food and we politely asked the waiter how long more it would take. We were told that it was taking so long because we each ordered different dishes therefore we needed to be patient. Does this mean... More

I couldn't recommend this restaurant more, from the service to the food, everything was excellent! All 4 of us chose the Flemish beef stew and definitely weren't disappointed, it was very tasty and the portion sizes were huge so you definitely won't leave feeling hungry. We wish we were staying in Bruges longer so we could go again!

Found this place on a stroll on our first afternoon in Bruges. Wanted a drink and a snack and we had the most fabulous cheese and shrimp croquettes- we ordered both and shared! Washed down with local beer (him) and their lovely unoaked house Chardonnay (me) it was a delicious find. The staff were lovely and I hope to find... More
