This is one of the most emblematic restaurants in Evora, I've enjoyed the traditional decoration and the ambience in general. The food was very good, not excellent, but in general I was pleased with the meal. The best was the fantastic variety of quality wines,...More

We try to avoid Michelin-rated restaurants as the quality usually dwindles once the restaurant is awarded a Michelin-rating. Fortunately this is not the case with the Restaurante Fialho. While the main dish (pork cheek) and dessert were average (you can eat much better pork cheek...More

A truly representative restaurant, with good quality traditional food, definitely worth a visit, even if a tad expensive. Aperitifs are very good but be careful or the bill will accrue quickly and leave you full before the main dish.

This elegant restaurant is tucked away in a side street of Evora but is worth the hunt. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious. The black pork was amazing. The server gave us a wonderful wine recommendation. And very affordable. The best meal of...More

The hotel recommended this restaurant so we walked to it and it's easy to miss. It's in a back alley and signage is very inconspicuous! But once u find it it's worth it! There's appetizers on the tables, include mushrooms with olive oil and garlic,...More

A range of starters are placed on the table, and it is up to the diner to wave away those that are unwanted, otherwise the final bill is somewhat inflated. Otherwise this is a safe choice for a competent dinner.

I was given a recommendation by a local to try this restaurant out. To my surprise it was Michelin rated and has been around for 70 years! The service starts with several appetizers, in which if you do not like them, they take it back...More

Family run restaurant which is famous for its longevity and for good food. Excellent wine list with a great many Alentejo region wines as well as other choices. The food had more variety that most Portuguese restaurants offer, and it was well presented. Surroundings were...More

I have been to this restaurant several times. The food is very good, and tippicaly from Alentejo, but I am sorry to say that there are other options in Évoras' restaurants scene that offer equal quality (and sometimes better quality) food at more affordable prices.
