Surfer style restaurant right at the bay. They serve local as well as international food. Try some fish, they really know how to prepare it! Staff is friendly and efficient.

We visited here twice, once for lunch and once in the evening. The food was lovely, great fish and seafood (although the portion of seafood rice for 2 was ridiculously large!) and the views over the beach are great. I would definitely recommend a visit.
Ate with family for my mums 60th. The views from this restaurant a stunning but the food is good also. Recommend the fish and other traditional dishes of the area. They were all very fresh and well cooked, this isn't a fine dining place but...More
Yes you are paying for the view, but I found the service good, with a good and varied menu with decent quality food.

Food was basic but have to say was not that impressive food. There are lots of other great restaurants in Carvoeiro that I would recommend before this
The view from our upstairs table was a fantastic welcome at Tia Ilda. We ate nice meals, served by helpful staff at a relaxed pace which give plenty of time to soak up the views. Wide range of choice of meals, fresh fish and pizzas...More
Stunning views, lovely friendly service & a chilled setting - this was one of my favourite places to eat in Carvoeiro. The children were over the moon with rabbit shaped or Mickey Mouse shaped home made pizzas! A little over priced, prob because of the...More
Having been dining there for nearly 10 years, this experience was totally underwhelming and doesn't deserve the price tag it commands. The service was lousy, the food was average and the cost of the meal was outrageous for what we actually had. It has definitely...More
Restaurant has fab views over Caroveiro beach. The tapas to start was delicious - Portuguese sausage & bruschetta were a huge hit. All portions very generous in size. The grilled sardines were great. Steaks were a bit over cooked.
