    Amazing food!

    We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had dinner at there restaurant Rio Formosa. Go there for the view, for the service but most of all for the FOOD. Made with love, fantacy and perfect ingredients!

    Beautyful sea view

    We spent a nice afternoon with the local dancing community. It was a surprise for us and we were having an insight we did not expect. The food was ok.

    Fine dining, fine service....

    4th time staying at Hotel Faro....the restaurant is it’s best feature. The attention to detail is first class making it feel like you’re dining at a Michelin starred establishment, but without the stuffiness. We’ve dined at other places locally but are always disappointed in comparison....More

    25th Birthday celebrated good

    Amazing food, cocktails served in a fancy way, service of high quality. Higher priced than surrounding restaurants, but worth every penny. The duck was exceptional. Even the hummus and butter tasted good. Recommended for a better night of dining

    Amazing food, great service and fantastic views

    The food was excellent and its position on the hotel Faro roof gives beautiful views over the harbour and sea. There is also a large terrace to enjoy a coffee or a drink afterwards. I definitely recommend it.

    Thought we’d give the hotel restaurant a try

    If you want fine dining and are accepting of the price then this is exactly what you’ll get. Good quality, well thought through menu and the service was an equal standard. One minor criticism (personal choice really) they should ask before topping the wine up...More
