Andre was kind enough to decipher the menu, serve our tea and he bakes the cookies there also! Overwhelming selection but they help you navigate your way to a pot of warm soothing tea. We had soup and cookies, just needed a light snack.

This is a great place to relax, have some tea and a great dessert. Rooftop terrace overlooks Horta harbor and Pico Island.

Very friendly staff with a great place and concept. Great idea to produce their own bread , in fact is what is missing in general in Azores - good bread. Orange cake and " torrada queijo de cabra mel alecrim "remarkable good. An advice make sure what is on the menu is really available .

We loved this place in Horta. It has the most amazing tea selection, great cakes and snacks and the staff is really nice. They even take the time to individually pick a tea for you. Plus they have a great garden, so you can just take a book there and read all afternoon while drinking tea. Fantastic!

We had fantastic sandwiches, tea and cake in the lovely garden. Quality ingredients and lovely garden. A little difficult to find, but worth it.

I'm English. We drink tea. But I've never ever been offered the choice of teas such as are offered here in Horta. Friendly recommendations and gorgeous cakes, in a quiet garden just a short walk from the harbour. Highly recommended.

Well worth the walk, my wife and I had a lovely late tea/early supper. A little hidden gem off the beaten track at the back of town. Happy service too!

After supper we went there for some tea and cake. The friendly owner speaks fluently English and is eager to let you choose from his immense choice of different tea flavours. Apart from the tea (and the latte of my boyfriend) we had the banana cake which was absolutely delicious! When in Horta there is no doubt you should come... More

The home made bread is delicious and with toasted goat's cheese made a perfect late lunch. Try the Azores Orange Pekoe if you like tea without milk and if not to your taste, there are many, many more to choose from.

From a narrow street, through a narrow gate you enter into a surprisingly large garden lined with banana trees. When the sun shines the garden is the best place to enjoy your tea and cake. If the weather gets moody, there are severals rooms to lounge inside. There is an impressive choice of teas, which is a real suprise in... More
