Definitely come here for their seafood. There is a rooftop bar that overlooks the port and city, but doesn't serve full menu. The restaurant is located a deck below. Get the ceviche, raw oysters and scallops salad. Prices are cheap.

Hi, I can't see one on the website, but there are phone numbers. We walked in and were lucky. You could ring them as they speak good English there. Don't miss it!
