If you like different food, this is a place to come. The ten course experience is very interesting, but be ready for as a friend of mine said, if you like something you won't get a lot of it. Some dishes were extravagant, but, again if you like experimenting new different thing, you have to try it.

The tasting menu is creative, locally inspired - we really enjoyed each course and even though I usually do not like wine, sommelier's recommendation was beyond my expectations. An excellent value for money.

Staff is very good. Food is also not bad, but it could (and should) be better for this price. Sommelier is excellent and wine is very good.

We had the New Year's celebration dinner here. It was one of the six dinners we had staying in Lisbon. The room is small and cozy and cute, with wine bottles all around the ceiling level, white tablecloths, and nice lighting. The two main negatives were our seating (which given that we were first in the restaurant that evening felt... More

The food is not good, simple as that. It looks nice on pictures but the taste is not good. I did not finish many of my plates, which is pretty bad. And on top of that it is very expensive, so not worth trying. But even for free I would not go back. The other thing that I did not... More

We booked a table fir a month in advanced and the experience is wonderful. The combination of ingredients in every sequence of dinner is amaizing. The place is cozy and nice. The staff is on the level and have time to describe you every type of food on the plate. We were very sutisfied and if we visit Lisbon again... More

This is a "no choice" restaurant which offers a creative, locally inspired tasting menu which we had with the "premier" wine pairing. The restaurant is small and the kitchen I suspect also very compact so they tend to batch up tables so that a number of diners are at the same point in the menu - it makes lot easier... More

We were disappointed. Worst thing was the rushed services and lack of anyone appearing to manage the front of house. Explanations of the various courses were provided but hard to understand. There were some standout dishes (a couple) but in the main, the dishes failed to impress. To be fair, most looked good but fail to excite when tasted. Wine... More

Dear Richard M, we're really sorry to read that your experience at 100 Maneiras couldn't meet your expectations. We're located in a historic quarter of Lisbon: that means a charming location and lovely details but also some space restrictions, which means all courses must be served according to a defined timeline. I had high expectations I admit but was ultimately disappointed. Food was subtle but was let down by poor (rapid) pacing of delivery. If you are going to deliver a tasting menu it is fundamental that you pace it correctly. Today's meal was overly rushed and the the explanations were hard to understand. Food itself was interesting but not amazing.... More
