Excellent food, quality and price. Recommended for couples or old people. Try chai tea with cinnamon :)

It was our last night in Lisbon and it was late... very late for a meal, but they graciously welcomed us and our young daughter. The owner, who speaks at least three languages as far as I can tell, was too kind. He spent time with us and played with our daughter whilst still answering the phone and taking late... More

Went there two times, for the sake of changing my first impression. While the food was alright, it was nothing extraordinary. It is the feeling that it misses the essence. And due to that, the price is a bit exaggerated, even if still affordable. If you have no place else to go for a meal, it is an option, but... More

I have been meaning to visit this place for quite some time, especially since I have been craving proper middle eastern food. This place has been open for a while now and that was a good sign to me. The place does not emanate the warmest vibe, and a pet peeve of mine in a restaurant is the volume of... More

Stumbled across this place when looking for another restaurant. Quiet when we went in - a few more came in after this. Friendly service. Food is standard Lebanese (or at least as I see it from a UK point of view). Wife liked her salmon main course, son liked his minced chicken but my lamb chops were mainly small and... More

I do not usually write reviews on trip advisor, although the brilliant service and interesting food that I experienced tonight drove me to do so. On entering Fenicios they had a very friendly welcome. It is a small, family-run independent restaurant, and the staff are keen to explain everything on the menu and help in any way. The food came... This place looked good from outside and the menu too. We were the only people in the restsurant and the owner was hovering and not giving us any space to talk or puruse the menu. He raised his voice at us when we ask for some appetizers that were apparently not available. Unacceptable ! Then pressured us to order. I... More

Nice place to go when craving for Lebanese or east/southern Mediterranean food. Got several if the expected dishes and quite a decent Mezze, but small with only 6 dishes, nothing like the typical sampler of 40 dishes you usually expect tied with the Mezze concept. All in all, quite decent, the food ok. Did not have any of the promised... More

Falafels, 3 for 4.50euros are ok but a bit dry. Beef skewers (11.90€) would be good if the meat wasn't overcooked/too hard to chew on (served with potatoes, rice and salad). Vegetarian moussaka (11.90€) was good but not at all what I expected, it was mostly chickpeas and very few aubergine pieces. I was disappointed, but as said, it was... More
