Amazing small restaurant with a authentic charming interior. The food was arguably the best food I‘ve ever tasted. We were 2 guys and had four dishes, which was the perfect amount for us.

Tucked away in a quiet street, I was so surprised to fall into such a fantastic find! Their chocolate cake and mousse is to die for!! :)

It was a perfect time, in an authentic place with friendly staff and really good meals. We can taste the local product. A lot of choice, tapas serving, I recommend you of course this authentic restaurant 👌

Nice first meal in Portugal. We really enjoyed the clams in garlic sauce and parsley, the sardine bruschetta, and the cod with hard boiled egg and chick peas. We arrived at about 12:30/12:45, and were able to sit right away. The staff was friendly and...helpful, which was nice since this was our first meal in Portugal. Easy 10 minute walk from out hotel. Also it’s off the beaten path slightly (although tourists were the clientele) since there are no touts! Also. Ice house white wine.More

The place is very cozy and the food is amazing. I would have scored the place a 5/5. However, me an my partner experienced one of the worst table service we’ve had so far in Lisbon. We were initially welcomed very gently by the waitress....But then the waiter (who might be one of the owners) that took our ordered became very rude and aggressive exponentially as we were nearing the end of the dinner. He had very rough manners delivering the drinks, bill and change. It was evident that he was bothered by our presence. Not sure if his attitude derived from the fact that we didn’t order any wine. In any event, it’s disappointing that what could have been a good dinning experience was ruined by unprofessional service.More

A very small location, not pretentious, but certainly with excellent small bites that are changed daily. We had two different fish tartare that where delicious, fried zucchini flowers filled with goat cheese. The wines offered are of good quality and decent prices. I loved this...restaurant and the concept. The overall cost is affordable and aligned to the service and quality, the only thing that should improve is the payment: only cash!More

Portugal meets Japan ❤️! The atmosphere is great and the menu is always changing according to seasonal availability. Try the Nona wine!!

Stopped in early afternoon -- food was good but I wouldn't say it was outstanding. Friendly quick service -- staff was helpful.

,but it could also be arty & tasty ,sic & bohemian ...and many more adjectives that describe the characteristics of this unique place .But after all it is just a question of balance ,all tastes and We were celebrating our 10th wedding aniversary with a...rare family reunion,-all 4 together -,so we were already tuned in a celebrating mood ,but the food was more than a festive experience ,it was pleasantly testing our tastes till the edge ,never over it .This "On the edge " concept ,-among others a tribute to Lisbons Genius Loci, transformed our dinner to an unforgettable experience .More

Hi, As mentioned above - its a "First come first serve" basis... its a real small place so you could be waiting in line ... If you want a place where reservations are accepted I would recommend Bairro do Avillez
