So said Orson Welles in "The Third Man". But he would have to eat his dismissive comment on Switzerland's contribution to world culture if he visited the Edelweiss. And he could wash it down with a variety of beers: dunkler, smoked beer, weiss beer and...More

We just happened to walk by the place and found an amazing gem. The raclette was a great starter. I had the pasta with bacon and it was delicious. The service was perfect and the retro decorations were a great topic of conversation!

Tipical Homemade Food from a Swiss Chef: Best described as "Alpine Cuisine" Adu Wahlen's dishes are refreshing in the summer time and heartwarming in the cooler season. Rosti and Spatzli are always to be found along with Cheese Fondue and Raclette for aficionados. Seasons play a great role in the choice of ingredients used with influences from french, german and italian cuisine. The menu is therefore ideal for many palates from vegetarians to meat lovers.
