My wife and I were visiting Lisbon and had a fantastic meal here. The location is in an old convenient with a lovely courtyard and a restaurant with vaulted ceilings beautifully furnished making it a lovely setting. Most importantly they had fantastic food.

In a former convent, an excellent dining experience. When the weather is good you have to eat outside. Nice service, very friendly. The chef needs a star! Try Lombos de Peixe Galo (fish), or Medaiions with truflie (meat). As for wine you can try Soalheiro (white).

Romantic place, located in an old convent with cozy decoration. Excelente for a couple dinner. Be sure to taste the John Dory fillets(Filets de peixe galo).

I made reservations at this restaurant for my husband, myself and 2 friends (who were on their honeymoon) as it had received good reviews. We were very disappointed in our experience - very subpar food at very expensive prices. We certainly don't mind paying for an excellent meal - but we did not get one here! In addition, 3 out... Went for our first wedding anniversary dinner. Was absolutely incredible. They brought out at least six 'starters' I honestly didn't know how the price was added up but our bill (including two mains and a VERY nice 2001 cab sav) was 150 euro! Atmosphere was romantic. Service was phenomenal. Couldn't have asked for a better evening. It is a off... More

At this restaurant (up a lane that had some dubious looking characters loitering about, and then turn- we were afraid the cab driver had taken us to wrong place as he couldn't drop us off on the little lane where the restuauant was located), you are treated to five or six different starters which the chef has chosen to make... Existing in an old convent, this beautiful restaurant room has excellent food and wonderful service. A range of starters are provided at the beginning of the meal, all interesting and flavorful. But not for the patron who wants just simple food. The menu has very interesting fish, vegetarian and meat dishes. All of high quality. Unlike American restaurants, portion size... More

Went on the recommendation of a friend of my wife's and we were not disappointed. Behind an unassuming entrance the interior was delightful with lovely stonework and old tables and chairs . The staff were very both very efficient and knowledgeable working under the keen supervision of the owner who was resplendent in red trousers ! We thought that that... More

This place is a true treat in every sense. Lovely setting, very friendly staff and absolutely superb food. The starters in particular were a true explosion of textures and flavours. My friend and I both decided on a fish main course and were not disappointed. The blue cheese ice cream that came with the traditional custard based dessert was a... More

This is a fabulous venue, not too big with superb food and excellent service. The starter tasting menu is great be careful to leave room for mains and deserts all of which are at the same high standard. A little bit more expensive but well worth it
