An incredible experience in a top quality restaurant. From the excellent service with rigor and friendliness, through the preparation of the food in which we can differentiate the full range of flavors and ingredients involved, up to the superior quality wine cellar. In addition, all...hygiene and safety measures, that these new times imply, are strictly complied with. Without a doubt a place to return soon.More

Our favourite restaurant in Lisbon. Small and cosy great food and service with excellent wine selection Highly recommend. Cannot say anything negative about O Poleiro.

Place was recommended by receptionist of the NH Campo Grande Hotel. To get in you need to ring the bell. Nice atmosphere, good wine and tasty food. We shall return soon

I came here by mistake, misdirected. I agree it’s odd having to ring the bell. Once inside it feels traditional and some will like it, some less so. The service in my case was attentive if a little pushy. The food was good and very...tasty BUT beware the portion sizes. I couldn’t finish my mushroom starter and my huge fish and pasta would have served three, or at least two! It wasn’t my best Lisbon experience because of that and the slightly cramped atmosphere but others liked it and I am not really critical.More

We'd been a bit disappointed with the fairly repetitive menus in Lisbon, but we really enjoyed this dinner. The menu wasn't that different, but everything we had was prepared quite well. The service was outstanding! The staff helped to make sure that everything I received...was gluten-free, too.More

We were recommended this out of the way restaurant by a TAP Captain, who joined us with his family later. The small restaurant is unimposing outside and on a quiet back street, but the ambience, hosting and food were excellent! We would go back in...a heartbeat!More

We ate there 2x during our 7 days in Lisbon. Food was really good. You ring a bell to come inside which is a bit different to some people. The beef was really good. The spinach was really nice (not usually a fan). Remember that...everything at most restaurants has a price....the olives, the bread, the butter, everything. You can choose not to eat those items or have them remove them from the table.More

The restaurant is located between Campo Pequeno (the bullring and Entrecampos square). To enter you must ring the bell; sometimes it’s difficult to get a table without a previous reservation. The food is excellent, and the service is also very good. Enjoy!

People saying that this is worth the visit and that they have really good food are overreacting. We waited for food too long and since it is a little bit out of the center it should be cheaper than there (we paid less in the...center and the food was better). I ate cuttlefish risotto - it was ok but I ate better already. My partner ate pork ribs and it was also nothing special. I kinda liked the ambient. Oh, and their door is closed and locked until someone lets you in - I did not like this.More
