One of the best meals we had on our 4 days trip to Lisbon. Very romantic atmosphere, attentive and nice staff and the tapas was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place! If you go during the weekend it's probably necessary to prebook a table.

This is in a more touristy area, and as such, a bit more expensive than the same thing in a different area of Lisbon. We sat down and ordered- a large, main dish salad and a seafood dish. The next thing we are given fried...More

Situated on Beco de Sao Miguel 7, Lisbon, in a residential neighborhood. The place is very busy in the evening. Opens for lunch at 12.30 PM and closes at midnight. We reached around 8 PM without reservation and had to wait for 45 minutes to...More

The setting is super cute, just as everyone says. We got there before it opened, and there were people waiting already! Most of the clientele were tourists, so if you're looking for something local, I'd suggest going elsewhere. The food is perfectly good, reasonably priced,...More

This restaurant has a lovely location with a vine-covered terrace, tucked away next to a church in the whitewashed Alfama. I was less convinced by the food. The menu contains as many standard Italian pasta dishes as authentic Portuguese ones. My roast cod was good,...More

Found by accident while wandering around Alfama district. Perfect shade from sizzling sun of Lisbon. Very cosy location, quiet, like you are sitting in someone's house yard. Very Lisbon, fantastic food, especially cod fish that I had, friendly and helpful staff, quick service, romantic atmosphere......More

Recommended in our guide book, we’d picked this out as somewhere we wanted to go on our brief stay in Lisbon and visited on our last night. When we arrived it was packed, a good sign on a Thursday evening, but it didn’t look like...More
