We had lunch here upon arrival to Obidos. We had a table upstairs, Setting is fabilous and romantic - candle lit, ancient stone walls, mirrors. Like out of fairytale. Food was simply outstanding - we had Beef Stroganoff and Octopus, both were delicious! We had local wine, it was excellent! Highly recommend.

Very nice stone house restaurante at the Óbidos Main Street. Decoration ok,,,unfortunately the meals must to be more well elaborated. Nothing in special

One of the most interesting buildings commercial I've ever been in-sit at a table upstairs. The food is excellent and the portions large, best of alal was our sunny, English speaking waitress! Again, possibly an issue with parking but very walkable from any of the hotels ion the old town.

We had a great meal. Wine, service and ambiance was all great. We had a table upstairs. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice experience. Try the Ginja cheesecake for sure.

We thought we'd be stuck in tourist traps while in Obidos but this place was cute, served up a great meal, and had even better service. I wouldn't hesitate to go back on a heartbeat if I found myself in Obidos again.

We had only 1 hour and TripAdvisor points this to be the best and the closest in 40m... little stoned hall cool and dark. When you are from the tropics, too much sun makes you dizzy. Good service, unobtrusive and warm nevertheless as they really try to understand my Singaporean English. Won't fault them... this is the medieval town Obidos... More

Welcoming, friendly staff. Good food and coffee. The steak was good and we had the salmon. Would definitely dine here again.

Comfortable old world restaurant located on main road inside castle walls. Relaxing ambience. Friendly English speaking servers. Fresh ingredients well prepared with clean distinct flavors. The mouth watering stroganoff is a generous portìon with very tender pieces of beef. The focus of Petrarum is primary meat dishes while its sister restaurant across the road offers more seafood options. Make sure... More

Just in the heart of the medieval town, this place offers good and big dishes. With one of them you can eat for 15/20€ without any problem.

Went here for lunch on a rather damp, cold day. It is rather like a vault which probably is more atmospheric at night. Staff were very pleasant and service was good. We opted for chicken steak (€10.75) and pork medallions (€12.75). They came with too many assorted vegetables (cabbage, potato gratin, broccoli, carrots plus cold shredded red cabbage and carrots)...
