We stopped in at this eatery to try the "choco" or cuttlefish, and saw the Trip Advisor in the window. The place was busy, always a good sign, and they had a nice selection of fish on display. The problem came with our waiter, a tall, balding man, who claimed he spoke no English (which is fine as we speak... More

We had delicious octobus as a starter. We had baccalau and eel. The baccalau was Fresh and good. Much to much olive oil Potatoes were delicious. My grilled eel was ok. Vegetable was fresh but too cooked. We had a red wine from the bos. Undrinkable.

We had a lunch here which lasted almost two hours and kept us fed and happy for the rest of the day. We had a fish soup (nothing special) and as the main course seafood rice for two. After 25 minutes' wait time (we had got "warned" by the waiter) a huge pot full of the delicacies of the ocean... More

Tasca da Fatinha is a traditional restaurante in Setubal, excelente and fresh fish and seafood is the speciality. The inconvenience: it is always full, as it is not very big, but it is worth waiting, you can wait around 30 mn max. But it is worth the wait. Relation quality vs price is very good. Waiters are nice and service... More

We were brought here by our guide, who promised us it would be the best food we'd ever have, almost as good as having a double orgasm! I have to say the food was fantastic. Probably the best we had in the 4 days that we were in Portugal. I had ordered the Rock lobster for 2 people. Now be... More

We were there in a weekday at lunch, it was full, and still the waiters were very nice and the service great, always ready for anything you need. When you're unsure they have great suggestions. Joyful people. Seems to be a family business. It was really nice to have our meal sitting outside, enjoying the shades but still looking at... More

Although tempted by the array of fresh fish on display, we opted to share a fish stew designed for two people. It was recommend to us by the friendly waiter. He informed us that it contained 7 different types of fish. The dish came in a large lidded pot, plentiful for the 2 of us. Whilst the stew was tasty... More
