The overall dinning experience is great, i would give them 5 if they were not very expensive. You can stop there for a quick bite be fore continuing your trip in Sintra.

We stopped by for dinner, enjoyed the casual atmosphere, a couple of bottles of white a la maison, tasty Portuguese fisherman stew, a couple of fish dishes (although the recommended cod turned out to be quite bony), altogether an enjoyable meal and atmosphere for a reasonable price.

In the heart of Sintra, this quaint sidewalk creperie has inside seating, protected seating, and alfresco seating. Your choice. They also feature a crepe chef streetside offering tasty treats to passersby.

We paid 14 euros for two beers served by a surly waitress! OK so the restaurant is central, right opposite the National Palace but it's awful when you feel you've been ripped off! It was ironic that our hotel was right next door so for the remainder of the holiday we bought beers from the supermarket and drank them on... More

Group dinner the first night we arrived in Sintra. Central location. Food was decent but pricier than most restaurants we visited in Sintra. Tanya was a great server, very friendly and helpful.

A great place to watch the world go by.We had a mixture of sweet and savoury crepes, ( Nutella being the favourite !) the largest fresh orange juice and fresh coffees. The bill was 50euros for 4 people. Our friend walked up to the castle and we decided to go up by Tuk Tuk and walk back The driver was... More

We had lunch at Café de Paris -- the food was good and service was OK too. Our guide suggested we ask for the bill when we place the order, which we did, and we did indeed get out quickly. The highlight of my lunch was the travesseiro! If you've had a mille-feuille, this would remind you of that, but... More

My wife and I visited this outdoor café after visiting the Torre Relogi Sintra palace. The café is situated on the plaza in front of the castle and has a nice view of the area. The café was not busy and we only stopped for light refreshment (wine and pastries), which were both fine. But, the waiter was aloof and... More

Ate the most overpriced crepe with Nutella € 7.50. Unfriendly service and lots of traffic next to your plate. Go 50-100 m to the left and find an authentic café for half the price and with quieter ambiente. Ugly plastic flowers on the table...not even fresh flowers with those steep prices!!

We arrived in Sintra late afternoon and needed something to eat after we hiked uphill into the center of town form our B&B. We were hungry and thirsty and tired and it was the first place we passed, with outdoor seating. We each had a salad nicoise, made with canned tuna. Two overpriced beers. Typical tourist restaurant. Not horrible, but... More
