Visited Taj Mahal twice last week as we like it so much. The ambience is perfect and the food perfection. Their rice is the fluffiest ever.

Excellent service and food. It's difficult to find an Indian restaurant that opens during the day and we prefer to eat around 2pm to 3pm. It was quiet in the restaurant but the meal was spot on.

I always try to have an Indian meal whenevr I visit somewhere and to ensure a fair comparison have the same meal. The Taj rates highly on my list of Best Indian restaurants. The quality of the meal was very good, as was the service, a first rate Indian at a very fair cost. There is an external dining area... More

Lovely meal including the naan bread. Kingfisher beer was rather expensive at€4.50 a bottle so that disappointed me so would just have water next time

Visited New Year's Eve with my sister. We had a lovely meal. Neither of us do particularly hot food but the food was tasty and well cooked. The service was professional and friendly, the perfect start to the evening.

We had a very good dinner Christmas Day, and liked it so much we went back the next evening. The food is delicious. The ambiance is lovely and the service is friendly. However, we have found service to be inattentive as a general rule in Portugal. We did enjoy our meals.

Service was slow and had to keep trying to stop a waiter to order etc. Pakora was poor compared to Scottish standards. Husband's lamb Baptist had 3 small pieces of meat. Wouldn't go again.

Lovely restaurant with excellent food. Staff attentive and very polite. Melt in the mouth lamb madras! Superb! Chicken dish served to us in error so given free and original dish served within minutes. Everything fresh, great breads and wine.
