Good service, nice neighborhood restaurant. Always lots of people conducting business meetings along the "ladies who lunch" crowd- all very quiet and cozy. They serve great salads- try the haloumi especially. And their pumpkin/sweet potato soup is delicious. Coffee is good, and you can sit there for hours and work. Also, there's a lovely separate room off the side for... More

It's a nice place. Took the Greek salad, which was big and good. My partner took tuna sandwic which was testy and big. Everything was good and tasty. Slightly over priced, but service is good.

The Shakshuka was warm and tasty. I had pizza here as well. It was more bread than toppings; but that seems to be my experience so far in Israel. Pizza toppings are not loaded on like in the USA.

Borochov 88 has found a niche among the glatt kosher set, and is nearly always full, morning, noon and night. It's a pleasant cafe/bistro, with a nice atmosphere and tasty non-meat dishes. Nothing is spectacular, but everything is good to very good. I've been there in the mornings and enjoyed the shakshukas and the Israeli breakfasts, and in the evenings... More

2/6 of us were served a meal that was Stone cold, when it should have been hot. Service was acceptable. 3/6 of us were unimpressed with the actual meal. Dessert however... shared...was excellent.

Business lunch is a great deal and the sweet potato ravioli is a great choice. My wife particularly liked the morning breakfast special for 2. The menu has a wide variety of choices and the prices are liveable. A good choice for families or a gathering of friends or students All will be happy here!

Food is good as well as service. Enjoyable experience - but sometimes difficult to get a table. Used a lot for business meetings.

overall its an ok place. But its not interesting.... while I can't say the food is bad, it falls short of saying YUM. I know it is there ---but won't be rushing back . still--- I have had much worse food in the area so if you want a decent lunch... you can stop here. just do not have high... More

We have been to this restaurant a few times, it is a favourite of our daughter and family who have lived in Raanana for more than twenty years. It is a fairly typical Israeli dairy restaurant, with large salad portions, fish, pizza, as the main items. The portions are quite adequate for all but the hungriest gluttons. It is difficult...
