We went to this restaurant for dinner (5 people after booking a table through the phone). Bread was fresh, food was good (big portions) - especially the codfish, the service was nice and the atmosphere cosy. Regarding food, prices were OK considering that type of regional restaurant (that is quite famed in Braga). However, in my opinion, the wine is... More

A typical tourist trap, not cheap at that. Food quality average to below average. If you like drinking wine do not be tempted to order house wine listed on the main menu or you will end up with a fizzy headache-inducing sickly piss. They carefully avoid to offer the wine list unless you ask for it, possibly to flog you off... More

We went there with a friend who is from the Braga to have lunch and we wanted to try some traditional food from the city, so we decided to have Bacalao a Braga. The food was really nice cooked and the tastes were extremely nice and intense. We had a white Vinho Verde bubble wine with nice fruity flavor. We... More

We were drawn to the restaurant as they had roast kid on the menu. We ordered for two and except for drinks didn't need anything else it was excellent served with greens and roast potatoes and a side dish of rice. Friendly helpful staff who spoke good English to a pleasantly small bill. Well recommended.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we were very pleased indeed. Good, wholesome food at great prices. The wine list was extensive and competitively priced also. There were quite a few locals dining here which is always a good sign. The staff spoke English and were friendly and efficient. A good choice!

Portion sizes are huge. This restaurant is perfect when you are very hungary. Money you spent totally worths it. Price/performance is amazing. You should try cheese and olives.

We were referred here by our hotel and found it with ease. When entering is is like going back in time, stone walls, timber beams, it is beautiful. We were greeted and found our table. Ordered drinks then dinner. It was served family style and delicious!

You can always find a better restaurant than the one you choose. We all know it. The point is , it has to be good enough for the occasion and available time you have. In holidays you are on the move. Price matters, quality matters and location matters Restaurante Inácio is a typical Portuguese restaurant with all these features with... More

This was not a good experience for us. We ordered two of the house specialities, one was a roast lamb which was very nice, but the grilled sirloin steak dish (served with fried egg) was not as expected. The sliced potatoes were very tasty and in a nice sauce, but the meat, which I had ordered well done was practically... More
