Lovely little locals cafe with simple inexpensive Portuguese fare and friendly staff. Much much cheaper than the cafés nearer the historic centre.

Nice place to stop for a custard tart. Good coffee and good pastries with a few outside tables on an old square. Friendly pleasant staff. Just the place for a break when exploring Guimaraes.
