Let me preface by saying that I did not get food poisoning here and hence the poor review. Instead, I feel it my duty, as an individual who has eaten in restaurants of all budgets around the world to give this place a more mediocre and perhaps more realistic review for those who have any sort of established flavour palette... This restaurant was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Although the options are limited for a non fish eating vegetarian my meal was tasty and well presented. My husband had the toasted salmon which he said was very good. The desserts were delicious and the service very good. We sat inside as outside balcony dining permitted smoking which... More

I can't assess Terra as a place where we had our best dinner in Porto, but it definitely was a very positive experience during our stay there. We did not go for sushi, for which Terra is obviously well known. Instead, we were focused on their menu from which we selected pasta, fish and meat. In all cases, food was... More

My husband and I were knocked out by the artistry and talent of the sushi chef. Everything was perfect at Terra: the sushi, the ambiance, the wait staff -- a perfect evening in every way. If you're in Porto even for one day, this extraordinary restaurant is a must!

Just entering the restaurant, I could feel we were in for a treat. If it were located in our neighborhood at home, we'd dine there weekly.

I've been coming here since the opening. The food is amazing, both the sushi and the med influenced cuisine. The atmosphere is cozy, specially on the two amazing terraces. To top things off the staff is curtious and polite. If you're visiting Oporto and like fine dinning this is the place to eat.

I was invited by a friend that loves this restaurant. And after the meal, I can understand why. The service was excellent, the seats in the balcony were fantastic, the food was delicious. We went for lunch after a night out so no wine. It was not cheap... but I loved it!

First, let me say that I can believe this place might be hit or miss. We came twice for sushi and second time (at the bar) was not as good. But the first time, when we ate upstairs, I believe we had a different sushi chef. And my goodness. As one reviewer said, some of the most imaginative sushi Ive... More

I was there for the sushi with one friend. The bar is very cosy and nice. The food was good but not excellent. I confess that i wouldnt mind waiting a bit more and eating sushi made only after the order. There are only some pieces made under that conditions. I found nice that the wine list is on a... More

Opposite the Cafeina Restaurant, on Rua do Padrao, just 50 meters from Avenida Brazil and the sea, the Terra restaurant is unique. The high ceiling and elegant, comfortable decoration in browns and blacks, creates a classy, sophisticated atmosphere. Added to this, the amazing wine list, the balconies bursting with plants and the sushi-bar have all made Terra the first choice for a clientele who only settles for the best.
