This restaurant was recommended by local peoples otherwise impossible to know it. The staff was friendly especially with kids. The restaurant served typical portuguese plates that were all excellent.

It is, however, well worth the wait with a good range of fish and meat dishes and daily specials. The house wine is unbelievably cheap and doesn't taste bad or you can order a really decent... More

We were made to feel very welcome in this local family restaurant. The staff were very friendly although spoke little English but this only added to our enjoyment. The food was well cooked, the portions large and the bill small!

Did pick up in a guide book and decided to try it. It was very popular with locals . That do many meal variations with the main speciality pork. We had one dish fir two persons and it was akin to a roast pork/ham. Delicious and so much if it. Carved for us at the table. With a half bottle... More

Roast pork knees were very delicious! The staffs were very friendly and with great hospitality! We ordered one roast pork and a cod fish as well but it's a little bit too much for 3 people, we should have listened to the staff's advice of ordering only the roast pork knees XD

Very cosy and accomodating staff. Had the pig knee wich was something I had never had before son I was kind of reserved but was one of the best meals I had in Porto.

I dined at Antunes tonight as a solo English speaking traveler with limited Portuguese language skills. They were very accommodating and friendly even though this is (luckily) not a tourist focused restaurant. They were out of their famous pork so I had a fried sole dish. It came with a generous portion of rice in a tomato sauce. I also... More
