As one of the other contributors said 'Jap food by Jap for Jap' is 100% spot on. But also for other nationalities the authenticity and quality of this place is rarely met outside Japan. No fusion nonsense. Instead local fish added to the menu in...More

This is as authentic as you can get outside of Japan. First time I hv seen tonjiru soup on the menu on top of the customary miso soup. First taste, full of wholesome country stew flavours...really really savoury..am sure the master stock has been prepared...More

I'm not an expert, but love Sushi and eat at lot in serval restaurants over the world and this restaurant was VERY good. The rice was tasty, fish fresh, and service very pleasant. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Restaurant itself is very nice, with interesting Japanese decor. We have been there few minutes after it was opened on Saturday night but there were already few couples so I guess the place is quite busy. We had tempura, noodles and sushi which were all...More

The freshness and diversity of the ocean's fishes, together with the creativity and art of our chef, Masaki Onishi, allows you to have an amazing meal, surrounded by a modern and delicate environment, in one of the most privileged locations in Oporto. The restaurant is an "open space", composed by tree levels where you can sit by the windows enjoying the sun, close to the "action" next to our "open to eyes" kitchen or looking at the Atlantic Ocean, in our fantastic mezzanine. A perfect place for an unforgettable meal or a glass of wine during the afternoon, together with some fresh Sushi.
