The most delicious melitzana bourekakia and kolokuthokeftedes I have ever eaten! And I have eaten many...All the starters and different meats we ate last night were perfect! Lovely flavours, well-cooked and of excellent quality. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing and the view of the historical street in the fairytale-meets-ancient Greek landscape simply magical! Prices were fine, normal for... More

This taverna is located just near the old Agora, on a very animated pedestrian street. You can seat on the terrace and have a drink to see the passers-by or you can have dinner/lunch. We stopped there just to have a drink and we ended having dinner after we saw a lot of appetising stuffs being served to the near... More

We stumbled across this place whilst walking around the Acropolis site and having a wander around, decided to have a meal and it was amazing! Value and location were beautiful, shaded from the Athenian sun under the trees it was picturesque and chilled, lovely food and service, would definitely recommend! We will be back :)

Live music, good food, great service! Close to Ancient Agora! OK, maybe not the best Dakos salad, but for that you have to go to Crete 😀. Everything else is good. Try it!

Great place with kind people. Great seafood and delicious salad, a place where you can taste original greek flavours. We recommend it to try if you go to Athene

Having walked down from the Axcropolis in the mid-day sun this little cafe was a welcome pit stop. Initially we ignored it because it on a very touristy street and we thought we needed to get away but don't be put off. This is a little haven. Stylish, with excellent music. Choice of beers and lovely iced coffee, oh and... More

Lovely cafe with fashionable interior. It's located opposite from the ancient Agora. I felt menu was a little bit pricey. Very convenient for a break during walk around ancient ruins in Athens.

Having been a frequent visitor for many years as a reliable choice in the area for lunch or dinner, we were disappointed with our recent visit after a gap of many years. The service was poor - after some wait to order we were told long after that one of the dishes was not available; ouzo was forgotten until near... More
