Unique ambience in the ex Hamam room, nice food selection, good service. I have been in this restaurant many times and quality remains at same level.

We loved the food and the live music in this traditional but young restaurant. The Cretan generosity is overwhelming.

My wife and i strolled down quite street and found this restaurant. There were many people dining, so we thought we would give it a try. What a great decision! We had the baked vegetable dish with carmalized onions and rice pilaf with mushrooms, pine nuts, and raisins. Both of the dishes had great tastes. Please give these a try. We... More

We visited this restaurant nine years ago, and were so delighted to visit again and find the food is still excellent, quality, good wines, and live traditional music at weekends.

Great food, traditional Cretan hospitality. It was so good, we thought about eating there again, even though we were only in town two nights!

We went for dinner here on a Saturday evening and there was a great atmosphere thanks to the three local musicians who played and sang for the night. The nice thing was that there were many locals who sang along with the songs (all in Greek) so we felt like we were at somebody's house rather than in a restaurant!... More

We followed the reviews and were pleased to find this restaurant. The food did not disappoint but the service attitude was a big turn off. From the moment you get set at you table you feel you need to hurry up as the interest is in the next customer not you. Shame

I got a gigantes starter and an iranian basmati rice with house wine. Food was extremely good and very tasty. I ended up with Iro, the wine "lady" of the place as she calls herself. She was with a friend from Lyrarakis wines, and it turned out to be a passionate discussion on Cretan wines. I finally got a nice... More

Everything was fabulous. The goat, lamb, sausage, stuffed burgers, cheese, and even the bread with olive oil. It was all amazing. Would highly recommend to others and will return again. I found the masquerade masks on the wall to be interesting.

There are two parts to this restaurant - go to the old side - an old Turkish bath, an unusual room with a special 'feel'. The food has a middle-eastern touch and is excellent.
