Jimmy apparently knows everybody (pictues EVERYWHERE), but most importantly the gyros are good and a good value.

The one big problem I found with the whole of Mykonos was snacking... or rather the lack of it. Every eaterie it seemed wanted you to have a full meal. And Mykonos isn't the cheapest place in the world. Me and my partner had had lunch, a big one at that and a late one, we headed into town for... More

Jimmy's has been around for ages. They do gyros, and they do them well. Possibly the best on the island. Great price, and great photos of so many well-known as well as local people all over the walls.

Prices at Jimmy's are double conpared to similar places: € 5 for a Gyros compared to € 2.50 for much better at eg "Klassiko" or "Masa Hapsa" or pork skewers (kalamaki) at € 3 compared to €1.50 elsewhere. When we asked "Jimmy" why he charges double money this old man's response to us was verbally abusive and even physically threatening,... More

You will find this place easy, because its on the corner of the main street. When your budget is run out....also when you think it is better to go to sleep with a full stomach, try Jimmy's place. You get what you want. Tip: try the Greek salad with a 3 € portion of gyros meat...its more then enough.

We fancied a cheap night out in Mykonos town and Gyros was on the radar, there are plenty of kebab shops in Mykonos but Jimmy's caught our eye and so we went in for a pork Gyros and it was so yummy. I can only describe it as being like our Chicken Donor meat but with much less fat and... More

Ordered a souvlaki with pork meat. 3€ cost for something I threw away immediately after tasting the meat. They underestimate the reputation of the island of Mykonos by serving food of this quality.

Me and my girlfriend asked for 2 burger sim a plate! Well served we thought by the size of the Burgers, but don't be mistaken, the meat that was supposed to be Beef of Cow, was coloured grey, texture was like a cookie compressed, and was no flavour..... So, I took 3 or 4 bites just to check and re-check... More

Tried several gyros from paros, naxos and twice in mykonos (budget trip :)), and gotta say this gyro is probably the worst out of all, and sadly the most expensive (3€). I guess paros and naxos grills their souvaki on the spot while in mykonos they merely heat it up. The souvaki was pretty dry and the experience was not... More
