Went here for lunch with a friend. Tried the fried plaice, something that usually is really good in all restaurants in Copenhagen. This one though, was nothing special. It was a bit overpriced. Also, service was kind of slow on the out-door al fresco seating. The view here is superb and is probably the main reason for coming here. I... More

I came here for a late lunch earlier this week with family and overall I would say that the experience was good, nothing spectacular but good. The food itself was somewhere between 3 and 4 stars but what really sets this place apart is the view over Copenhagen. We ordered the Pariserbøf, Salat med gratineret gedeost (goats cheese salad) and... More

I had read that the view here was good as it is on the top floor. We were not disappointed. The food was also good, a very Danish mix of fish balls, meatballs, bread, fruit, salad, chutneys, potatoes. Lovely.

Went here on a recommendation from a distant family member and we were thrilled with our experience. Set on a rooftop above the Post and Tele Museum in Copenhagen, the views over the city were spectacular. Wait staff was friendly, even chatty, but the show stealer was the meal. Two of us ordered the 'brunch', which is served until 3:00... More

We've been there for the Easter brunch. There was a big buffet with quite a choice of fingerfood (salmon, herrings, salami etc), salads, rolls and pancakes, cereals, joghurt and dressings, scrambled eggs, mini-sausages, fried bacon, mini-dessert and so on. Replacements were continuously delivered from the kitchen. All in all the food was ok, average quality, consistent with the price. No... More

We had lunch here, selecting it ad-hoc as we walked along the busy shopping street below. It's not obvious, being on the fifth floor and there's no menu at the ground floor entrance so it's a lift ride of faith, so to speak The meals were very good; mine was exceptional, the Postmasters Plate (or something like that). About twenty... More

Just opposite the famous Rundetaarn is a rather unusual post office museum. This is worthy of a short visit but take the elevator to the roof and you'll encounter a surprising treat. Suddenly the traditional floors of the museum make-way for Roald-Dahlesque experience as a you shoot out above the roof tops. The restaurant has impressive views and modern Danish... More

We had booked a table in advance. They had not registered our reservation. They did have plenty of tables, however, so we got a table but no apology. We had the brunch buffet and we were the very first guests this morning (7 June 2015). Several of the items in the buffet were obviously from the day before and tasted... More

This is on the 5th floor of the museum and consists of a glassed area and a rooftop terrace. Great views particularly of Rundetaarn. We just wanted a snack so ordered two sandwiches which were lovely but huge - the name sandwich doesn't really do it justice. It was quite expensive for what it was but worth it for the... More

Having lived in Copenhagen and now visiting regularly a few times each year I have come to appreciate the great strides Danish restaurants have made in the quality and presentation of the food they prepare and serve. And I have always enjoyed taking friends and visitors to Denmark to the lovely Hovedtelegrafen rooftop on a nice sunny day to enjoy... More
