Had a great experience here with the food! The ambiance is great for casual meet-ups or just a casual meal! Make sure to arrive > 1 hour before closing time as the kitchen closes 1 hour before the stated closing time (and therefore, you cannot order food and be seated). The deli is easy to reach via bus and is... More

The open sandwiches were born aesthetically pleasing and absolutely delicious, with excellent combinations of flavours. By Copenhagen standards it wasn't particularly expensive and the service was warm and attentive without being over zealous. My only word of caution is that the schnapps are only for the brave, we have the house made horseradish schnapps and, whilst an experience, it was... More

A beautifully presented, stunningly gorgeous plate of food. We both had a hot smorrebrod and two cold. Still smiling days later.

We have been there for a late lunch (3pm). We waited just 5 min before to be seated and choose 4 different Smørrebrød, all delicious and beautiful prepared. We then ordered two more and a dessert. We spent 455kr. Very good value for money. We will be back!

Go to the upstairs bistro for lunch and get a selection - the presentation was beautiful and the taste matched it. Try the herring and beef tartare options - both awesome. Caution advised if you fancy the pairing snaps though - it's pretty full on...

Delicious smorbrod with organic ingredients. Our sampler plate included an avocado with pickled onions, a smoked salmon, a beef tartare and a chicken salad. Each was unique and delicious.

Make a reservation, because it is not to be missed. Wonderful, inventive food. Smørrebrød to awaken the senses: visual, olfactory and gustatory! Snaps with horseradish! Great variety of textures.

We arrived at Aamann's without reservations at the peak lunch hour. Rather than waiting for a table, we ordered take-away to eat in the nearby park. They recommend 3 smorbrod per person, which we thought seemed like a lot, so we ordered 5 between the two of us. When we opened the box of sandwiches, each of them were works... More

Had a few of the Danish open sandwiches at various locations. This was probably the best. Although more expensive you get what you pay for. Recommend sharing 1 hot and two cold. Surprisingly filling.
