We have visited Delikatessen Bistro Bar or "Brandstationen" as we call it a few times and always been happy with the food and the service. The atmosphere in this old firestation is great and when we bring visitors they always also enjoy it. In my view one of the best bistros in Stockholm.

Can't fault this restaurant. My lovely girlfriend and I went to celebrate her birthday and had a lovely meal. The cocktails were great, the starters were delicious, and the mains were fantastic. We enjoyed their summer menu which has limited options but something for most people (3 starters, 3 mains, 3 desserts). All in all a great time!

Good quality food and an innovative set of cocktails each with a history ready to be told by the bartender. Local Luma Lager on tap, but focus on the cocktails and food.

The restaurant bar, now called Bar Hommage, has now developed to the best bar in town, The three guys behind the bar are fanatics, as good bar keeps should, and can tell you endless stories about fluids from all over the world. They have a list of innovative cocktails and a weekly list of classics. There is also a small... More

This place has improved since we were last here. The old antiques store is gone and has turned into a very nice adjoining bar. French atmosphere, but with hipster style inventive cocktails. The whole place is very attractive, housed in an old fire station garage. They have outdoor seating when the weather permits, and for smokers. Food and service is... More

Execellent short menu at this charming restaurant. Had moules frittes and majonais followed of four good tempered cheeses, a good burgundy wine. Book a table on their homepage.

Nice and cozy restaurant, intimate atmosphere with a kind of mix of French- Danish dishes. Good balance of price and quality; therefore be sure to reserve upfront!

Staying in Mariatorget

Neighbourhood Profile
This rather quiet neighborhood revolves around a postcard-like park with a dramatic fountain in its center and is definitely one of Stockholm’s showcase neighborhoods. Mariatorget, a central residential area, is the best Stockholm has to offer when it comes to juxtaposing architectural masterpieces with sophisticated art galleries, coffee shops and bars. Stockholmers love to spend their weekends in the park or one of the nearby coffee shops, so come to Mariatorget to meet the locals. The northern part of Mariatorget boasts historic buildings, beautiful cobblestone streets, and one of Stockholm’s best observation decks, Monteliusvägen, from where you can see an amazing view of the city hall and Stockholm’s old town.
