Can't share the rave in most of the reviews. Normal fried fish. Nothing spectacular. Normal price for such food too.

We were really hungry and took the biggest dish available. Thought it would be a fish with the side, but received fried herring wrapped in pita with mashed potato filling. And it was so good that we were thinking about it the next day :)

Me and my friends had our first lunch in Sweden at Nystekt Stromming.. definitely a remarkable first time! We all took something different: the Knäckis is pretty good and super cheap (~3€); the Strömmingsburgare (5€) and the Strömmingsrulle(€7) are quite tasty but you've gotta try...More

Herring from this stall is incredibly tasty and as for Stockholm - very cheap (around 7.5 euro for the most expensive dish). The portions are very big and apart from herring, you get some vegetables (mashed potatoes, onion, pickled cucumber) and sauce. The place is...More

Live this affordable food stand and it's tasty fried herring. This tops the cheap eats list (especially in Stockholm). Located on the southwest corner of the old town, this stand offers up large portions of herring prepared in different ways at pocket friendly prices. I...More

become one of Stockholm’s most architecturally edgy
and controversial neighborhoods. Plans to rebuild the
area have been on the agenda for decades, however, so
far no agreement could be reached, which is the reason
for the continuing decay of its brutalist substance.
Nevertheless, the museums and the main shopping

Hi, Yes, the location is in Gamla Stan, in the Kornhamnstorg street, actually this street is like a market, near the water. The Kornhamnstorg is at the end of the Stora Nygatan street number 46. If you put on Google maps... More

The easiest way for me is go by metro and stop in Slussen station. Go up in the middle staircase and if I correct, you'll be in the exit with Pressbyrån mini shop. Go out, you're there already. If you're from the other... More
