Buono! And also cornetto and cappuccino were very good. Overall real small Italian place :) sounds good for a short stop.

Wonderful genuine place. Stand up bar, for quick service, with super helpful and knowledge-full staff.

I went there for a quick cappuccino on my way to work. The cappuccino was average and the staff had a lot to learn on the field of customer service if they want to reach the "Italian standard"!

Serving a niche brand of espresso this place can give you the unique pleasure of a proper Italian coffee. For coffee lovers (and everybody who needs a wake-up kick in the morning)!

I take me coffee here almost every morning. I work around the corner and I meet my neighbours here. It is the place we, the locals, go to. Enjoy!

I know. It's difficult to find a decent, strong espresso in Sweden. And what even more strange, the most true and honest cup is to find among the tourist traps in the Old Town! But you must be careful. It's too easy to miss this hole in the wall. No seats, but big atmosphere. Go in, and you are immediately... More

A small coffee shop in Stockholms old town, serves very tasty coffee. Be sure to pop in there when visiting Stockholm.

I have started to walk from Slussen to my work place passing by Old Town a few months ago. I am so happy to discover this small coffee place which has the best coffee in Stockholm (I have been searching for THE best coffeehouse for 17 years now). The place is small which gives the right Italian coffee place ambience.... More

Tiny cafe in the old town. Very tasty thick hot chocolate and very good selection of teas. The prices are reasonable, considering the area. As there are no tables, the place can accommodate a maximum of 6 people on the two little stands and the bar. The only disappointing element about this place is the extremely cold service.

We had coffee and pastry. The coffee was very good and the pastry was delicious. It is a very small shop , italiam style, you drink as you stand, yet great value and quality. Nice stopover spot

Staying in Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen

Neighbourhood Profile
Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting: take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest) alleys, which will make you feel like you’ve travelled back in time. This neighborhood offers a great combination of historical buildings and traditional Swedish restaurants.
