This deli is tiny (but super cozy and inviting), so be sure to get there when it opens or make reservations. We took our server's suggestions and got the sausage with 2-3 tapas. Everything was amazing. Standouts were the moose lasagna, caprese salad, and OMG...More

On Gamla Stan. Widely known for their sausage dishes but they have other selections, e.g. wild boar. Quality and value here. Not a tourist trap.

Good beer, good meat, great atmosphere. Would recommended an evening meal here as it has a great atmosphere in the evening. Service was helpful.

This little restaurant is tucked away in a narrow street near the Royal palace. They make their own sausage and add their own twist to the tapas, serving local beer. The staff is friendly and attentive. Place is small and intimate very cozy!

Chose to eat at this little bolt hole in Old Town Stockholm. Boar in the window with sausages hanging in its mouth gave us an impression of what was to come. Tiny place, but delicious food and beer. Amazing cured salami, fresh goats cheese. Friendly...More

Very good food. I would take the sausage with 2-3 tapas. Was very good and the draft beer with it was also good. Recommend lasagne, provolone and gambas

This is my favorite place to eat when I visit Stockholm. Very small restaurant, but I've been seated without a reservation both times. The food is amazing as usual, but on my last visit my party was served by Kimmie and she was amazing. Very...More

We had lunch here and the food was lovely. The place is pretty small and even though we arrived at a busy time and hadn't made a reservation they still managed to find us a table. The sausage, which we had read about and the...More

This was my favorite restaurant during my short visit to Stockholm. I vividly remember sipping on my cold Honey Lager while admiring the interior of this well-preserved historical building (some internet sources say that the building may be from the 1400s?). The antipasti plate and...More

I came here to eat as I had such good memories from last year when I came with my husband and I wasn’t disappointed. I was in Sweden for work and by myself and I managed to get the last seat which I was pleased...More

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)

At the Hairy Pig we specialise in local produce and high quality dishes within a comfortable hunting lodge environment. At the Deli we have our specialities: our homemade sausage and homemade porchetta, with which you choose 2-3 of our current tapas. We also have Craft beers and ciders, not to mention local cheeses too.
