We came here at the start of a very wet day, exploring the city. Lovely, cosy setting and the Hagbullen are definitely worth trying. They are huge though so definitely best to share! The coffee was great too.

Stopped in the rain for a cafe latte and cookie. Great selection of cakes. Seating outside under canopy to watch the world go by.
Great little cafe, and great stop for tea coffee and cake. You must try their hagabulen , a big pastry cinnamon bun, but buy one between two they are huge.....staff are very pleasant helpful and efficient and the queue is quick moving. I liked it,...try it, I think you will too...More
Wish I'd been hungrier when I was at Cafe Husaren! All of the baked goods and sandwiches looked delicious. My mom and I shared a small portion of their family cinnamon bun, which was great! The lattes were also delicious.
The food is delicious. We went for the big cinnamon rolls we also ordered other food with it, we got their spinach feta quiche.
Lovely place in the main street of Haga Quartier. Lots of sweet pastry and their USP is a large cinnamon bun (500gr /~10€)
Great cafe with bakerie where you can buy their famous Hagabullen. It is very big so you have to eat it with 2 persons. The cafe is cozy.
Came here, we’ll because you kinda have to. The huge cinnamon bun was more moist than it looks but could feed 4 easily, we did our best
Stopped by as I love a cinnamon bun but was disappointed. For the size of the thing there is very little cinnamon filling, it’s not dry at all but really needs more flavour. The coffee was very good though and plenty of other lunch and...cake options. Staff friendly and liked the decor/ atmosphere in there. Does get busy so need to be lucky to grab a table.More
Lovely little cafe in Haga. We arrived at around 9/9:30am and it was very quiet. Was a great start to our day! Definitely recommend getting the giant cinnamon buns!
Very busy cafe in Haga. Got a table on our second attempt and enjoyed coffee and cakes. Very nice food and good range of cakes and pastries. Counter service was a bit slow but worth it.
Very popular cafe on a pretty street with lots of nice shops. We went to the Christmas market and the cafe was extremely busy. There are some seats outside so we sat outside as it wasn't too cold. Very popular for its large cinnamon buns...but here are plenty of other options. Long queue for the loo inside.More
Asked the inter web where to find the best cinnamon buns in Gothenburg could be found, and Cafe Husaren was the answer. Located in Haga, an older part of the city, we easily found the cafe. We had a cinnamon bun and two hot chocolates,...just perfect for Fika. We loved the buns so much that we came back the next day to grab two more to take back home to family in the UK to try. Although the cafe was busy, there were lots of open tables, inside and out.More
cold old desserts and not as quality as they say and poor service, very expensive not tasty coffee, old dessert and expensive for nothing
