The food and wine were excellent. The restaurant is situated in the old parts of Gothenburg that have undergone gentrification during the last decades. It is situated in an old wooden building with quite steep stairs to the upper floors.

We entered randomly in Sjobaren, but it has been the best choice ever. I tried the seafood soupe and It was great. Beautiful location, high quality and swedish price.

It is a bit more expensive than in other restaurants (around 500SEK per person), but the romantic ambiente and delicious food is worth it!
