I am here right now 9 January and having their nutella with banana pancake, it's super YUMMY! They are very generous with their ingredients and the ambience here is cosy and warm. It's located in the centre of Oulu that makes it convenient to get to. Will definitely recommend this place to people I know. Thumbs up!

If you find yourself walking around the Oulu city center or market then do yourself a favour and have a look at this Finnish version of a pancake place! These pancakes are somewhat different than the better-known American pancakes or French creppes, but equally delicious. Wide selection of sweet and saavoury topings make the choice somehow tricky. After a lot... More

The pancakes you get at this place are very very good. Big variety of different sweet and salty pancakes (with bacon, onions, chicken, beef, or whatever you want). The place itself is pretty cozy and nice. The prices are ok (for finnish standards) and pancakes are between 8€ and 14€. Would definitely go there again.

Only pancakes. Tons of pancakes. Really good ones. Not cheap but if you love pancakes for main course and dessert this is your place.

On a short stop in Oulu whilst driving through Finland, we stopped at a Market place to see if we could get something for lunch and noticed this cute "Pancake" Restaurant. We thought a pancake would fit the bill for lunch so went in to a warm welcome and a cosy spot in this fairly small restaurant. When reading the... More

Pretty self-explanatory name for the restaurant - they serve the Finnish version of pancakes with different fillings, both salty and sweet. And who wouldn't love pancakes, huh!? You should definitely check this place out and stroll around the market place afterwards. Minus for the interiors; dark, old-fashioned, no view outside.

Defenetly one of those must to visit places in Oulu. The Restaurant is locating in the hearth of beautiful market place and it's a traditionell old wooden market building. The pancakes are delicious and huge: half is enough for kids.

Pancakehouse serves pancakes covered with customers chosen sweat or salty just like in most pizzerias. However the idea of pancake is not taken to higher level. Fine fastfood but not something extreme to experience.

Service was OK. The salty pancakes have been a bit burned on occasion. The sweet versions are generally better,
