A wide range of dishes prepared with locally produced ingredients, artfully presented with attention to detail, generous proportions and service with authentic connection. Who could ask for more? Oh yes, casual elegance! And... a view to swoon for!.

We had our Easter Sunday lunch here! The food was amazing! We had the traditional Easter soup called "mageritsa" and stuffed local goat, with rice and lots of Amorgos herbs. The salad was of big variety of very fresh vegetables and soft white cheese. For dessert we had baklava, made by the hotel chef. There was live music fior the... More

I ate at at Ambrosia during my stay at Aegialis Hotel. The view over the port is stunning. They serve nice organic food. Arta, the head waitress, was very polite and helpful. She is a talented polyglot.

Not only for the greatest view to the port of Aegiali, but also for the wonderful service and the most delicious Greek food. WE read in our travel guide that Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant is member of the Aegean Cuisine, so we wanted to try local specialties. Indeed, the stuffed goat, was out of this world! Vegetable croquets, also. Fresh salads... More

Coming to a 5 star hotel we expected high prices, but need not have worried. Breakfast had a very good choice and catered for all, freshly squeezed orange juice, while you wait. Evening meals in the restaurant (inside or outside)gave one both a day or night time panorama of the whole bay, nice and relaxing. Although sometimes service could be... More
