Now t the food. They have a quite nice menu. Not too much and just in off. We had so much German delicates to eat and the... More

This restaurant is best suited for those who love greasy food. Especially greasy german food. I have long searched for a place that actually delivers what it promotes. Most restaurants have too large variety of dishes - everything for everybody. In my opinion Zinnkeller is what it says it is: a German restaurant. Heavy and large portions of greasy meat,... More

We visited this famous restaurant in Helsinki little while ago, and I really do recommend it if You happen to like German food. It has been a long while I've visited there last time, so the place is a bit worn out, but still cozy and comfortable. The food is excellent, and it is indeed value for your money. Service... More

Slow food? Yes, and thirsty as we were after Helsinki City museum walk, it took a bit too long to get a pint of beer... But the food was great - I had flatfish fried with bacon - and my friends didn't complain either. The four of us enjoyed the overall atmosphere, the young waitress did a good job, so... More

A restaurant where not only the menu but the staff, too is German makes this restaurant really unique in Helsinki. If you love good German food (and beer) you will love the Zinnkeller in this charming neighborhood.

The buffet salad were awful straight out of a can, the mash potato wany good(what's so hard?!), Rice with vegetable was disgusting(have never used this word to describe food-no... More

I just love the Zinnkeller! All the great German dishes, beer and wines from the same location. The entrance is like coming to a Brauhaus and for companies needing more privacy, there is also a cabinet available.

At Zinnkeller, my favorite is flammkuche with smoked salmon and onions. Accompanied with German bier. Their meat dishes are good as well. The service is slow, so you better not be in any hurry. And they have free WiFi but it is slow as well :) The place is popular among the local Kruna people.

Thank Rentola
