nothing out of the ordinary. soft serve ice cream in a cone. The ice cream was creamy. I felt there was some kind of musky smell when I entered the place. but maybe it was only that day. nice for a simple dessert but nothing to go out of your way to get.

In a place with some incredible ice cream this place served only soft ice cream. Not sure why all the fuss??? Half liter of ice cream was almost 9$

Best soft serve I've ever had. I mixed in 3 different candies, it was like a fancy McFlurry or Blizzard! Size small was HUGE but I ate it all regardless. A bit expensive for ice cream but worth it. Friendly, efficient staff. Open late to get your sugar fix before bed.

though the ice cream/soft serve was good, the most impressive thing here is the staff. They were incredibly helpful and patient explaining to us some of the things we weren't familiar with. We walked there from "downtown" and it was worth the effort. Great people and great dessert.

I've eaten ice cream all around the world but this shop provides some of the very best. I was expecting lots of flavours, which Brynja does not offer, but the range of toppings make for a delicious dessert. It was worth a visit.

Of course we're going to stop in for ice cream at Brynja since we heard it was the best ice cream in Iceland - we love, love, love ice cream! Delicious, generous portions, and great vanilla flavor, but more granular than creamy, The entire place was exceptionally clean; the clerk clearly enjoyed her job and helped to make our visit... I LOVE ice cream. I also love making ice cream. I had to stop at this place as it was listed as the best ice cream shop in Iceland. This is very watery/icey "ice cream". I hate to say it but it really is the ice cream you first make in science class in a ziploc baggy. It tasted fine,... More

the claim to worlds best ice-cream is contested between these guys and another closer to Reykjavik. The other one is better and offers much more variety than a tub of Neapolitan. This was still very good ice-cream but the title of world's best belongs to a completely different company in Denmark

Somebody told us about this place saying that it was the best ice-cream in Iceland... So we went there yesterday and it was true! We went back today and will go back tomorrow also before our departure... The vanilla ice-cream tastes super good and it is not very sweet. It is about 5$ for a cup or a cone... and... More
