This one of the best restaurants in Reykjavík. The service is excellent and also the food. I recommend the Grilled Puffin and the Grilled Arctic Char. Don't think twice and go to this excellent restaurant. Totally recommended.

We had a two course meal here and were very happy with the food! The food is a really good taste experience with fresh fish and shellfish. The place was swamped so we had to wait a while for our main course so the kitchen...More

A return two years after the 5 star experience in 2015 led to a disappointing dinner with inattentive, meandering service. No cutlery, no water, no bread, no drink order and barely a waiter from the hyperactive throng running and jumping up and down stairs. The...More

On the Skolavoerdustigur, one of the major tourist target areas in Reykjavik, this restaurant stands out and you will do well to have reservations during the higher tourist season. The food and beverages are in the upper mid-range prices, but well worth it in quality...More

This was the best lamb I had during our six days in Iceland. We started with an appetizer of cured Arctic Char which was very good followed by the roasted lamb for me and the catch of the day (halibut) for my partner. As mentioned...More

Six friends and 4~different dinner orders... and all agreeing their meal was one of the best ever. I had the fixed price Seafood Grill with Halibut and Perch with Mousse for desert. Great service and atmosphere. Easy walk from Canopy by Hilton.

We did not have reservations but asked if they had a table for four available. We were accommodated but advised that the table would be needed in an hour and fifteen min. We all agreed that it would not be a problem as long as...More

I have been in this restauant a couple of times and in my opinion is by far, the best restaurant in town. Ive been living in Reykjavik 3 years, and after trying many restaurants, Seafood Grill is my favorite. Great service and amazing food.

In 2010 a young chef from Húsavík, was awarded Chef of the year 2010 in Iceland. The young chef, Gústav spent months traveling around Iceland looking for the real taste of Iceland, along the way he found a few things that are key items of the interior of the restaurant.Take a look at our menu, it will be our pleasure to fire up the old grill when you honor us with a visit.
