Stopped in for quick coffee and hot chocolate. Youngest had really nice bottle of organic apple juice. Lots of different seating - missed out on comfy sofas which as always were occupied by people too young to actually need a comfy sofa after a morning sight-seeing!! Reminded us very much of Boston Tea Party and the like in Bristol. Lovely... More

What a lovely café! My friend and I were made to feel very cosy in the calming and welcoming atmosphere of the café, especially with our hot chocolate on the sofa. There was a pack of mixed card decks which we played with for a while and I never felt rushed to leave. It's full of interesting decoration, with a... More

My wife and I stumbled across this little gem purely by accident- it was freezing and we didn't like the look of anywhere else at that point! Really eclectic place, with a nice feel. Very reasonable price-wise, especially in comparison to other venues. The coffee was really good. The lamb soup was outstanding. I know I'll sound really easily pleased... More

Great spot for quick bite among the locals. Cozy and unique and so much tea! Several booths were taken by locals writing or working, with a few others in & out while we were there. We stopped for breakfast/lunch on our last day in Reykjavik. Meat stew, crepe, and grilled cheese, & of course TEA (at least a dozen kinds)... More

This was by far my favorite cafe in Reykjavik. They serve delicious espresso drinks and yummy soup (perfect for a cold, windy day). Didn't realize there was an upstairs until my 2nd visit. Perfect place to sit and relax for a while. Comfy seating and eclectic furnishings make it very homey, and no one is rushing you to leave (I... More

Small coffee shop with a lot of heart. A very short walk from Hallgrimskirkja, it was busy but with a surprising amount of space and wasn't hard to find seats upstairs. The coffee was great and we had a couple of paninis which were tasty and well sized. Great variety of music too - highly recommend.

Stopped in for a break. One of us had a panini that she enjoyed, while I had tea and the apple bake, which was very nice. Cozy, tiny place with just a few tables. Order at the counter and a friendly person brings your order. Worth a stop.

A great café to stop in for lunch. Very busy during the lunch time, plan on going around 1 rather than right at noon. Very friendly atmosphere, great food and good prices

This was a lovely little cafe for a break in all the walking. We had coffee & cake, the soup and other food also looked good. It kind of felt like being in someone's lounge. Very cosy indeed.
