Nice restaurant with limited options on menu but the food that we did order was very good. Suggest you try the Blueberry Bomb for dessert

We had a really good dinner here, eating lamb and fish. All dishes were very delicious and nicely presented. The waiter was super friendly and the overall atmosphere is inviting and nice. I can highly recommend eating here, although it is a bit pricey.

Everything is expensive in Iceland, and this was our first restaurant experience. So it was a little shocking to see restaurant menus where even Hamburgers started at $20 or so. After menu gawking in window after window, we stopped in the Scandinavian. We had a great meal. We shared a seafood soup that was loaded with pieces of lobster, salmon,... More

Choose to eat here as the outside menu looked good. There were all ready a few people eating . We were given a table straight away. Service was good. We had 2 small beers and the lobster pasta which came with a side Greek salad and a slice of garlic bread. All very nice. Portion size not huge. The bill... More

This restaurant is next to The Fron hotel and reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the heart of Reykjavik. The atmosphere was very relaxed with candle lit tables. I had a pasta dish which was very tasty and the service was good. We even tried the local delicacy.. shark! Will definitely eat here again when we return to Reykjavik.

This restaurant served delicious meal, we even managed to visit this place twice. Once for lunch and the other dinner. The salmon pasta is to die for, I ordered that for both my visits. The lobster pasta is not bad either, but the fish and chips was rather bland to be honest thats my personal opinion. The apple cake and... More

Checked into hotel Fron after 3 day tour. Was told at reception that you could book to room. Not so I had lobster feast which was reasonably priced. I found it a little soft for my liking. Wife had lobster Pasa and she mentioned it was lacking some taste. Nevertheless it was a nice spot, well priced and staff pleasant

Some of the menu options would need to be rather special for the price, however the daily seafood special (fish stew) was really good and Pasta and Chicken, was average, with chicken having been pre-cooked and sliced then put on top, pasta itself and sauce was OK. Hence on balance the three star rating.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner in this restaurant. My wife ordered steak and I ordered the lamb fillets. While the price was above average but the food was extremely good. I must say that the lamb fillets there were amongst the best in Europe.
