Good for a lazy lunch/ dinner, nice atmosphere but a bit difficult to find. Young and friendly staff.

This atmospheric little diner is very popular. It's a small place and there aren't many tables so some customers were standing as they ate. We were lucky enough to get bar stools by the window with radiators at our feet which was very welcome with the weather being freezing cold. The burger was a little undercooked for my liking but... McDonalds left Iceland with the economic crisis, and made places like this possible. Great burgers, great humor and great atmosphere!

Best burgers in Iceland, period. Fries are not that good but who cares. In no way can this be compared to large fast food chains.

Best burger had in the whole of Iceland. Definitely give this place a try if you've had your fill of cod, lamb, cod, lamb, cod, lamb or the cod or the lamb. Will make you a tasty burger to order, however you'd like it. Friendly, fast, fresh. A great little place, even with the overtly hipster doofus vibe. For those... More

In all honesty, we found it hard to understand all the hype about this place. The burger was satisfactory. You could actually taste the beef but it was on the small side and pretty unmemorable. The fries were good but no better and no different than fries you might get at a chain in North America. In fact, if the... More

It's really hard to find food for a vegetarian in Iceland and this veggie burger was OUTSTANDING! Even meat eaters I was with loved it. French fries were excellent too!

Visited during a moderately busy time. Burger was thin and undercooked, and the bun was soggy. They basket they served it in was dirty, and clearly not washed between customers. Sorry- wanted to like this place.

I ate some tremendous food in Iceland -- salmon, Arctic char, lamb, langoustine -- but one night, I was craving a burger. Bullan is a tiny restaurant down by the harbor. There are a few tables inside, 2-3 bar stools where you can sit and look out the window and a couple of picnic tables outside. I waited in line... More

After eating so many 'chips' this week I decided to just get the burger only and I'm so glad I did! I just got the small one, it had all your basic toppings, cheese, sauce, etc. It was not greasy, cooked medium, and served pretty quickly. Fun, funky place.
