We were wandering around Reykjavik wanting a light dinner that didn't cost an arm and a leg like most food in Iceland does and we encountered this little crepe restaurant. I love that the crepes were made to order based on us selecting the ingredients. We had fresh mozzarella, spinach, sundries tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. It was a great combination... More

I was expecting gold shavings inside my (takeaway) crepes which may have justified the price however sadly this was not the case. Amongst the ingredients in the savoury crepe was an oily square of cheap processed ham, I found this extremely offensive given the price. After extracting this greasy slab of mechanically recovered offal the taste was fine however even... More

There is a really good selection of crepes, ice cream, coffees and more at this cafe. We stopped here for dessert after dinner and we weren't disappointed. The staff are very friendly and the tables have hooks under them to hang your wet coat.

We had an amazingly beautiful and well-cooked selection of crepes between 8 of us - what a treat! Great service, and absolutely incredible that we had gluten and lactose free options very much available - delicious. The spiced almond milk was a gorgeous addition too - great service from the staff.

I wanted to surprise my oldest daughter, who picked up a love for sugar + lemon crepes during our trips to Paris. The little pedestrian-friendly shopping area was easy to navigate. Parking is available on the street. I got a Nutella + Banana crepe and it was very tasty. Grab a few extra napkins.

We stopped here on our first night in Reykjavik for dessert. We got 3 ice creams and 1 crepe, all of which were delicious. Staff was very friendly (kids took forever decide what they wanted and they were super patient).

This place is fantastic! The crepes were very delicious and we were so thankful to see that they were gluten free too! The ice cream was delicious and the amazing varieties of toppings made it even more scrumptious. Nutella and banana crepes and chocolate cookie dough ice cream with Nutella poured on top were treats my friend and I devoured....a... More

Our shop sells CREPES, COFFEES and ICE CREAMS, with the possibility to blend them together with the unique flavour of Eldur og is, that means ... fire and ice. From the crepe's menu you may choose sweet or savoury, organic spelt or VEGAN, LACTOSE and GLUTEN FREE. The menu is "free"! Basically you choose your own ingredients from the list. We suggest you to try it with ice cream too. The coffees and the teas that we use are selected and roasted from Tea & kaffi, leader in Iceland for quality coffees. Personally I suggest you to try the Affogato al caffé, that is the perfect blend of the typical Icelandic character ... fire and ice. For Icelanders when you say ice creams, they are thinking Kjoris! Traditional family business, two generations old of ice makers working constantly on the quality of products and production. We are using their ice creams as solo or with our knowledge of blend them with hot crepes or coffees, giving a characteristic flavour of ... Eldur og is. Then we have few more options on hot chocolates, milk shakes and blizzards. Soon or later we will enrich our list of HEALTHY products, but that is our near future. For now accept and enjoy our service and variety of products to satisfy young and happy-mature people.
