We ordered pancakes with sweet fillings as a desert after dinner. What a treat! Friendly staff, lovely ice cream and beautiful spelt pancakes. They were so good we returned the next day (there are no calories in holiday food!) Highly recommend a visit- or two!!

Quirky cafe with very friendly staff and very good coffee. There is also a good range of ice creams on offer but I was already cold! Very comfortable and nice atmosphere

The ice cream was good, I made a bad decision getting a cone dipped in cocoa. It made a big mess. The store is clean and crowded, but the line moves fast.

Popped in for some crepes and ice cream with the family. Many combinations and lots of ice cream flavours to choose from. Also good coffee and a selection of teas. Staff very friendly.

I'm not a big fan of crepes and after coming here and having one of theirs I have confirmed to myself they are quite bland and expensive The guy making them wax helpful and attentive, most people who came in. Ended slot of help with their order as I did. Expensive at A$50 bucks got two pancakes and two hot... More

Stopped in last night for an ice cream cone and was amazed to see that there were 24 flavors to choose from. Also there were different flavors of cones too. After much deliberation, I decided on a scoop of pistachio & a scoop of hazelnut in a cone dipped in chocolate with hazelnut crunch. It was the best. Went back... More

A small rustic cafe to eat in or take away - with a few seats and benches. Good coffee, lovely tea selection. Tasty crepes and creamy ice-creams. A nice place to stop for dessert or a top up - usual Icelandic prices but a nice treat. Recommended -

We went to this spot more than once while in town. The ice cream was fantastic! The crepes perfect and our son had the best milk shake he said he ever had. They are open a little later than most places and remains crowded but not horrible all the time. Met some great people sitting next to us each time.... More

My husband and I shared a crepe which was made from spelt flour. It was a thin crepe with fruit on top and a generous serving of yummy homemade ice cream. The banana split another customer was having looked very generous and worth a try for all you ice cream craving people. The fruit seem to be from a frozen... More

Our shop sells CREPES, COFFEES and ICE CREAMS, with the possibility to blend them together with the unique flavour of Eldur og is, that means ... fire and ice. From the crepe's menu you may choose sweet or savoury, organic spelt or VEGAN, LACTOSE and GLUTEN FREE. The menu is "free"! Basically you choose your own ingredients from the list. We suggest you to try it with ice cream too. The coffees and the teas that we use are selected and roasted from Tea & kaffi, leader in Iceland for quality coffees. Personally I suggest you to try the Affogato al caffé, that is the perfect blend of the typical Icelandic character ... fire and ice. For Icelanders when you say ice creams, they are thinking Kjoris! Traditional family business, two generations old of ice makers working constantly on the quality of products and production. We are using their ice creams as solo or with our knowledge of blend them with hot crepes or coffees, giving a characteristic flavour of ... Eldur og is. Then we have few more options on hot chocolates, milk shakes and blizzards. Soon or later we will enrich our list of HEALTHY products, but that is our near future. For now accept and enjoy our service and variety of products to satisfy young and happy-mature people.
