When we arrived, we were the only people in the place! Another 2 people followed, then an elderly gentlemen - the 3 of them all left and another couple came in to play darts, so it was nice and quiet the whole time we were in there. It was a lovely little find, drinks (as with everywhere in Iceland) were... More

We called in for a quick drink and a rest from the walking. The interior looks very English - dark wood bar and tables, leather upholstered seats, football, darts and good choice of alcohol available in English pubs. Very friendly and surprisingly quiet for a Saturday lunch time. English music too!

My wife and I visited the 'English Pub' whilst in Iceland hoping to watch the Champions League football - an English team were playing in the quarter finals. We walked in and nearly every screen was showing Bayern Munich (Germany) v Real Madrid (Spain), which confused us. We found one screen showing an English team so we stayed. It was... More

Terrific pub on one of the mail downtown streets. Mix of locals and tourists, friendly staff, good happy hour prices. Went there several times for happy hour while we were in Reykjavik and would go back again.

We came here on a Monday night for the live music, which was great! They took requests and had everyone singing and dancing.

Perhaps it's typical to have super packed clubs/bars downtown. This place was like sardines.. could barely walk. I mean it was PACKED full. Had some good live music. Once again, brace yourself for the Icelandic prices... Place was loud and probably somewhat of a typical ENgligh Pub. We were with friends...maybe should have tried something more Icelandic.. but maybe things... More

Such a fun place to go to! Stopped in at midnight after getting back from our Northern Lights tour. Great musicians and playlists but the place was so crowded that our beers were spilling all over us due to the lack of standing room. Great atmosphere and looked like a fun place to stop in when walking by!

Live music every day, nice atmosphere, prices are reasonable for Iceland. Always busy so must be popular.

Such a fun local place! Good music, good drinks, and overall good vibes! Love their spin wheel and the acoustic bands that play at night.
