I often stop by at Sufistinn for good coffee, often alone to read papers and with my daughter which loves to have a bite there and look at the people walking by.

Went there several times. Coffee is good. Lot of choice, even for the tea. Friendly laid-back service. Bit noisy though. The place is into a book shop, tourist shop and stationery.

We went to this comfy cafe above the bookstore twice. As is usual in Iceland, we received friendly laid-back service. The cakes are amazing. You have to go there and have some. I've never eaten any better.

Nice coffee and surroundings in the middle of town. We shared a nice meringue torte, but there were several cakes to choose from.
